OMBUDSPERSON AT GEBRÜDER LÖDIGE MASCHINENBAU GMBH
Lawyer Carola Sieling and lawyer Anne-Kathrin Titze are the ombudspersons in our company. In compliance matters, they are independent, external contacts for our employees and third parties to keep information about criminal offences and violations of the law confidential. Their responsibilities include:
- Receive and carefully consider reports of possible violation
- Maintain the whistleblower's anonymity, if requested
- Share relevant information with senior management, but only after full consultation and with the consent of the whistleblower.
Integrating ombudspersons into our compliance strategy demonstrates our commitment to providing an open and safe reporting system and to dealing effectively with compliance breaches. The aim is to assist the company in investigating and reporting compliance breaches in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, without the whistleblower having to fear any disadvantages.
