We are delighted to announce an exciting collaboration with the Institute of Metallurgical Process Engineering and Metal Recycling IME at RWTH Aachen University! Together we are working in the pioneering field of battery recycling.
The first steps have been taken: LÖDIGE has delivered a specially developed prototype and the test series has started. We are optimistic and expect positive results and further findings.
Our goals:
- Higher recycling rates for recyclable materials
- Higher quality of the recycled material
- Fully continuous operation
- Better life cycle assessment
