MACHINE TYPE
The LC light series is specifically designed to produce price-sensitive OTC and food supplement products.
They ensure state-of-the-art film coating from the German manufacturer LÖDIGE and can be used for all standard film coating processes (aqueous or organic).
The Coaters are fully insulated and enable fully automatic production with integrated recipe management.
The addition of liquid by means of a manifold system, the determination of spraying rates via a mass flow meter and the swivelling nozzle arm - manufactured by the German specialist called Düsen-SCHLICK - ensure high quality. A washing-in-place (WIP) system is standard on all LC light series.
The options available cover the most common coating requirements and include individual air handling units, an ATEX version and qualification documentation.
